Every meal we serve is macro-counted: the protein, carbohydrates and fats are calculated and published, so you know what you are eating rather than guessing at it. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast tracking macros, a working professional who needs convenient healthy food, or a health-conscious family looking for nutritious home-style meals — there is a plan built for it.

Plans are sold by term — 7, 14 or 30 days — with the price for each term and diet shown on the plan itself. No fancy gimmicks and no overpriced "wellness" branding — just real food, priced plainly, with the cost of every term visible before you commit to it.
