Frequently Asked Questions

How our plans, deliveries and changes actually work.

Each plan is built around a macro target — protein, carbohydrates and fats — and every meal on it carries its own macro breakdown, which you can see on the plan page before you buy and on each delivery afterwards. Plans are published as fixed menus rather than generated per person, so what you see on the plan page is what you receive.

Every plan is sold in veg, non-veg and Jain, over a term of 7, 14 or 30 days. You pay for the term once, upfront — there is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge, so a plan simply ends unless you buy another.

A plan is sold with the sittings its kitchen cooks — breakfast, lunch, dinner, or some of them — and each is priced on its own. On the plan page you can untick any you do not want, and the price changes with it. What you pick is fixed for the term: it is set at checkout and cannot be changed once the order is placed.

Delivery is charged separately, per day, at a rate set by your delivery area — so what you pay depends on where you are. It is itemised on the checkout summary before you pay, alongside packaging and the platform fee, so you see the whole bill rather than a plan price that grows at the last step. Some offers waive delivery outright; those say so on the offer itself.

Please contact us before you subscribe. We do not currently store allergy information on your account, and meals are not automatically screened or substituted for allergens — so an allergy has to be handled with our team directly rather than through a setting. If you are requesting a custom plan, note it in the request form and it reaches us with your enquiry.

Yes, from the My Subscription page in your account. There is no penalty and no minimum, and you may pause up to 4 times in a term. Pause before that meal's cut-off — each meal has its own cut-off, shown on your subscription — and it is never made; after that it has already gone to the kitchen and will arrive, counting as one of the meals you bought. Every day you do stop is added to the end of your plan, so pausing defers your meals rather than costing you any.

Yes. Manage Meals in your account lets you reschedule an upcoming meal to another date, up to 6 times in a term — a move that is refused because the date is taken does not count. You may also switch diet up to 3 times. If you subscribe to a non-veg plan, you can choose which weekdays you want non-veg and which you want veg — that is set once, at checkout.

Contact our team at support@vernokasoftwaretechnology.com and we will cancel the plan for you — cancellation is handled by our team rather than from your account. If you only want to stop meals for a while, pause instead; it is immediate and self-service.

Payments are processed by Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. We never see or store your card number or banking credentials — only the transaction reference Razorpay returns.

Credit we issue you — a welcome credit when you join, a reward when someone you referred subscribes, or credit we add if something went wrong with an order. It is not money you paid in and cannot be topped up or withdrawn. It comes off the plan price at checkout (not delivery, packaging or the platform fee), and it expires 90 days after it is issued. Your wallet page shows the balance, where each amount came from, and when it runs out.

Share the link on your wallet page. When someone new subscribes through it and pays for their first term, they get ₹50 credit and so do you. Nothing is paid out for a sign-up on its own — only once a term is actually paid for. You can earn from up to 5 referrals a calendar month.
